FAQ's


1. What materials do you use?

14k gold filled material is always used unless otherwise requested or specified.  Sterling silver material is available for purchase and custom orders.

2. Are gold filled & gold plated the same?

Gold filled should not be confused with gold plated.  When a metal is gold filled, layers of solid gold are bonded to a base metal; usually containing six to eight layers of gold at minimum.  Gold filled pieces offer 100x the amount of gold alloy compared to gold plated pieces which contain less than .05%.  This allows gold filled materials to be tarnish free, hypoallergenic, made to stand the test of time, and most fiscally comparable to solid gold. 

3. How long will my order take to ship?

Please allow up to 1-2 weeks for your order to be shipped.  Please allow 2 weeks processing time, excluding holidays, before contacting KIKINEKRAFTS regarding the status of your order.  Each order is made to order specially for you!

4. I need my order sooner; do you offer quicker processing?

With this Rush My Order Service, your order will be processed within 3-5 business days.  Current standard processing time is up to 1-2 weeks. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding Hawaii State and national holidays. By adding this service to your cart, your order will receive priority and expedited processing. Shipping is selected at checkout. Processing does not include shipping time.  Postal carrier delivery estimates provided at checkout. KIKINEKRAFTS is not responsible for any late, lost, or damaged mail. This is a nonrefundable service and cannot be applied to any other purchases. By adding this service to your order, you agree to the terms above.

5. How does the sizing for your bangles work?

Please refer to our “sizing” highlight on Instagram, or our “Sizing” tab on our website for a size guide and an example of how to measure your hand for proper sizing.  Measurements of your wrist for bangles will not reflect an accurate size.

6. Can I return my bangle if it doesn't fit?

All KIKINEKRAFTS are custom, made to order, therefore returns are not accepted. KIKINEKRAFTS does not offer exchanges. Please ensure accurate measurement for all sizing: returns and exchanges will not accepted.

7. How much does shipping cost?

KIKINEKRAFTS offers Standard shipping ($6; USPS First Class Mail), Express shipping ($12; USPS Priority Mail), and complimentary shipping on all orders $150+. 

8. What are your accepted forms of payment?

KIKINEKRAFTS accepts most forms of debit and credit cards.  Transactions will be processed through our website.

9. When is payment due?

Payment is required upon order.  Processing will not begin until payment is made in full.

10. Are all products made to order, or do you have made to ship inventory? 

Please refer to “ready to ship” highlight to check out already made, ready to ship inventory.

11. Will my purchase include a tracking number?

All orders placed will receive a confirmation email containing order details and a receipt. Should you not receive an email from KIKINEKRAFTS confirming your order, please check your spam or junk mail before contacting KIKINEKRAFTS.  You will receive an email with tracking details once your order has shipped. 

12. Does KIKINEKRAFTS offer warranty or repair?

From purchase date, KIKINEKRAFTS offers a one-year workmanship warranty on all products including the repair or replacement of any manufacturing faults.  Shipping is not included.  Warranty does not include reshaping bangles, resizing of bangles or rings, untangling knotted chains, natural deterioration of unrefined or raw materials (i.e., crystals, beach shells, pearls, etc.), or replacement of any unrefined or raw materials (i.e., crystals, beach shells, pearls, etc.), unless by fault of manufacturer.  Please contact kikinekrafts@gmail.com for any warranty claims.

13. How do I place a custom order?

Orders may be placed through DM, email: kikinekrafts@gmail.com, through our order request form, or directly through kikinekrafts.com.

14. How do I care for my jewelry?

We recommend storing all jewelry in a cool, clean, dry place.  To clean your jewelry purchased from KIKINEKRAFTS, we recommend giving it a good wash with warm water with dawn soap.  Be sure to dry your jewelry completely.  To polish your jewelry, pro polishing and sunrise polishing cloths are available for purchase on kikinekrafts.com.
